Create PDF forms

An Adobe PDF form is an electronic-based form that can collect and send data via email or the web. You can easily convert existing paper forms into PDF documents with Acrobat, and then use Adobe Designer or the Acrobat form tools to add interactive form fields to the PDF document. Adobe Designer (Windows) provides the most feature-rich form creation tools, while Acrobat Professional provides a basic set of form tools.
