Based on the data from the transportation sector, traveling by air has been one of the fastest growing industries today. Customers who travel by air generally tend to review their experience on the airline’s social media profile. The competition for survival and growth has become so fierce that airline companies are investing a lot of time and effort in order to maintain an influential social media profile for their marketing and communications as the customers generally choose the best based on these reviews. The objective is to rank the airline companies based on the reviews from their Twitter profile so that the customers who travel frequently can make their booking decisions depending on these rankings.
