Neurological pathologies:
Patients with strokes or other neurological damage often exhibit bizarre behaviour.
Not only does the body resemble a machine, but the mind seems to be connected to this machine.
In fact, much of what we thought was mental is instead part of the machine.
This raises the question:
If we construct machines which have the outward appearance of human and animal and have the internal composition of human and animal, could we tell them from actual human and animal?
