About Me
I am a PhD student in Computing Science at Simon Fraser University. I am working as a research assistant in the Network and Systems (NSL) Lab at SFU under the supervision of Prof. Mohamed Hefeeda.
I received my M.Sc. degeree in the Computer and Systems Engineering Department at the Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University, Egypt where I was advised by Prof. Mustafa ElNainay and Prof. Marwan Torki. I also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the same department.
I received my Bachelor’s Degree from the Computer and Communications Department in July 2013. I graduated with “Distinction with Honor“, and I ranked first in my class.
My main research interests include Cognitive Radio Networks, Machine Learning, Game Theory, Crowd Sensing, Multimedia Systems and Artificial Intelligence.
