Paper abstract and summaries due MARCH 1, 1999

The symposium will include all aspects of theory, design, implementation, testing, and application of analog, digital, and microwave circuits and systems.  In addition to the technical program, the symposium will feature recreational tours to Carlsbad Caverns, White Sands Missile Range, and Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. On Tuesday, August 10, 1999, an evening banquet will take place at the New Mexico Farm and Ranch Museum, featuring grand entertainment of singing mariachis and authentic food from the Southwest.

AUTHOR GUIDELINES

The organizing committee invites prospective authors to send five (5) copies of a 1000-word summary of the proposed paper and, on a separate sheet of paper, a 50-word abstract for inclusion in the technical program if the paper is accepted. Typeset abstracts should fit into a space no larger than 6.5" wide by 2" tall. Instructions for preparation of summaries and abstracts are as follows:

FORMAT FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACT AND SUMMARY

Please include the following in sequence:

    * Technical track with subheading and number.
    * Preferred paper format, poster or lecture. Poster papers are
      reviewed and published in the same manner as lecture papers.
      Approximately 1/4 of the papers will be poster papers.
    * Title of paper, list of authors, and authors' affiliations.
    * Abstract, 50 words, text only, no equations or figures.
    * Paper Summary 1000 words plus equations and figures, with
      enough detail for review.
    * Contact author information, including postal address, phone
      and FAX numbers, and email address of ONE author to whom
      all correspondence regarding the paper will be sent.
    * Audio/visual equipment required, such as overhead projector,
      slide projector, VHS VCR and TV monitor, VGA projector, ...)
