FINAL PROJECT GRADING POLICY
You will have one presentation and one demo during the trimester.
Class presentation carries 15% of your final grade.
Project demo carries 15% of your final grade.
Final project report carries 45% of your final grade.
CLASS PRESENTATION:
Grading: 15% of the final grade.
In your presentation we will look for:
1. Level of technical content
2. Feasibility (is it doable or not) of the proposal
3. Implementation of your proposal (analysis, simulation, prototype)
4. References and related works
5. Quality of your presentation.
PROJECT DEMO:
Grading: 15% of the final grade.
In your demo we will look for:
1. Organization and presentation of your work
2. Media used (online slides if necessary)
3. Presentation of your developed simulation work
4. References and related works (old and updates if applicable)
5. Quality of your presentation.
FINAL PROJECT REPORT:
Grading: 45% of the final grade.
1. Written reports: 15%
Format: WWW pages, LaTEX documents, and MS Word documents.
Please also submit a hard copy of your final report.
2. Technical content of your final project: 30%
Itemized:
- Choice and difficulty of the project: 10%
Please note that more credit will be given for completed projects
(even if they are less difficult) than to the ambitious unfinished work.
- Quality of the finished project: 20%
In case of team work, we will make every attempt to evaluate
individual performance of each team member.
