Initial Considerations
We first conducted consultations with our client (The Professor) to see what he envisions the documentary to be. Given his view we proceeded to create storyboards and mood boards that would suit the experience.
I worked with a research Professor to create a documentary of his major project of simulating environments through 4k screens.
This project showcases how I worked well as a mediator between my group and a real world situation with a customer/industry partner along with skills in editing.

As project manager, I summarized reports on what transpired between sessions and decsions made. As sound editor, I cleaned and cut various sound clips and recordings to fit the video as well as finding background music.
I coordinated the scheduling to film the B-rolls and interviews. Due to that generating a large selection, we were able to choose what we wanted without running out of supply. Throughout the process I made sure to check with our client about our progress.
The final video made was shown to our client who generally liked the overall process and the film. The real industry experience gave me insight on what needs to be done; dealing with scheduling and making sure everyone knows what's happening is a really hard job. I enjoyed doing it, however, and felt this would help me visualize experience design even more.
