Client

The Progressive Intercultural Community Services Society is a registered non-profit organization established in 1987. I worked as the graphic design intern for the 9th annual event Mega Job Fair & Business Expo 2016, and I was in charge of designing whole set of marketing materials for the event.

Old Marketing materials.

Problem

Due to limited human resources, previous design of logo, colour scheme, fonts, and other branding elements are outdated and have limited effectiveness in communicating with current audiences. As the new graphic designer I see this problem as a great chance for rebranding.

Old Marketing materials.

Solution

During the rebranding process, I try to retain the previous brand but improve the overall design. I kept the former colour choices of red, green, blue and white but proceeded with a different shade of those colours. The typography was kept to be sans-serif but was revised into a different font.
