Tech Centre Building

At the base of Mount Carmel is one of the tech areas of Haifa. Lots of new buildings, and new development. Interestingly enough, as we were driving through this area, our tour guides were pointing out buildings that were hit by missiles during the war with Lebanon in August 2006 (five months before we were there).
