Science Research Mentor
BISC 272 Research Mentors provide feedback as editors of student journal articles. Students in this role provide guidance to young researchers helping them refine their research project proposals and mentoring students dealing with a new and difficult course. Each Research Mentor attended in-person and online training and developed their written feedback skills. They assessed potential risks and benefits of proposed research ideas, and stretched their own comfort zones acting a guide to students.
