Community Connect Program
The Community Connect Program aims to support young English Language Learner (ELL) elementary and high school students in grades 5-10 through reading, homework help, and transition to life in Canada.
Program Activators help elementary and high school students with their reading, their homework, and their transition to life to Canada. Students will apply their interpersonal, communication, cross-cultural awareness and instructional skills by assisting with program delivery and activities. Students will use empathy and relationship-building skills by developing healthy relationships with the children/youth in the program.
