This course will demonstrate, through cases and discussion, how information can be used to support decision-making, monitor operations and enable global communications. Topics will include knowledge management and information technology to support a learning organization. Students with credit for BUS 554 or BUS 621 or BUS 709 or BUS 739 may not take this course for further credit.
