Focuses on team development and building capacity to address conflicts, improve communication, build trust within teams and organizations, and foster inclusive and supportive work environments. This course provides students with an intense program of experiential activities that encourage students to develop knowledge, skills, and strategies for success in team-based organizations and learning environments. Graded on a satisfactory/unsatisfactory basis. Prerequisite: Admission to the EMBA program.
