Serendipity: A Shared Listening Experience

This project creates three identical devices and a web product to create a shared listening experience for large student design spaces in the near future. Using the Speed Dial concept of Yo-Yo Machines, we reuse objects and materials with sensors and actuators powered by an ESP32 to create physical devices. These interactive products allow students to decide what music they want to play in the design space. There is also a web product to allow for students to see the current song playing and monitor the state of the physical devices. In total, this concept aims at reducing the use of personal listening devices and increasing the exposure to different music.
