The environment. C is a remote monitoring app. The clients are managers and employees of the company. The manager can use software to view data from the warehouse or workplace sensors and manipulate the data within a reasonable range. If the data is abnormal, the worker can solve it. Workers can also upload their own work reports. Both workers and managers can communicate online.

research.

Because the global pandemic has been going on for two years and there is no sign of abating. More and more companies are working online, and I think even after the pandemic, working online is the trend of the future. But there are a lot of workplaces that can't be completely unsupervised by people, so one thing we can do is reduce the number of people we see or have fewer people in the workplace.

Therefore, I made a app that can monitor data remotely, so that managers can check the data at home and make timely adjustments. If the data is abnormal, the worker in the workplace can also check it.

persona.

i found a persona Diana after I learned about the user's goals and needs. This user is the one I think is most suitable for this app after research. The whole app is designed for Diana.

test.

Before I started testing, I first created a test plan to have a clear plan for how to test. I then recruited participants and began testing my design to see how users interacted with it and determine how I could improve it. Because face-to-face communication was difficult at the time of the project, I conducted a moderated, remote, self-talking usability test with five participants who met the criteria I was looking for.
