After 18 months of house arrest and trials earlier this year, a B.C. court decision regarding the case of Huawei chief financial officer Meng Wanzhou is expected today.
Beedie School of Business lecturer Robert Adamson is available to comment. Adamson can speak to the legal issues (double criminality, extradition, Huawei and 5G regulation etc.), international law, and political and international relations. He is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
