The Global Address List (GAL) is an email directory within SFU Mail containing all SFU staff members and sponsored accounts (students are excluded). Easily find the email address you are looking for by using the search bar in the Address Book, or by clicking the To button when composing a message.
Email Basics
2. This will open up a new window displaying the GAL. Use the search bar at the top of the window to search for users. Double-click a user's name to view information such as their email address, name, and department (if this information is made available by that user). Click the New E-mail or New Meeting to create these with the user. This window can also be accessed by clicking the address book button at the end of the recipient fields when composing a message.
