Residuals-by-Predicted Plot
In the diagnostic plot of residuals versus predicted
values, you can examine residuals for the model.
You can point and click to identify individual observations.
Because the observed response must either be 0 or 1,
the plot of the residuals versus predicted
values must lie along two straight lines.
Plots of residuals versus the independent variables and
other possible explanatory variables may be more useful.
You can create scatter plots by selecting the
response and explanatory variables in the data
window and choosing Analyze:Scatter Plot ( Y X ).
