Overview

The Push Button Control initiates an action after being selected. Push buttons are rectangular or oval in shape, include only text labels, and may appear pushed in after being selected.

Push buttons can perform three types of actions:

execute a single command
request more information from the user to complete the task identified by the button text
display a list or menu of commands.
