Using the Text Pad Control

Key properties to set
text attribute (default attribute) Specify a list of text strings that you want to appear in the text pad. When you click the value cell for the text attribute, the Text window appears where you can enter the text strings you want.

Note:   Only set this attribute if you want text to appear in a text pad by default. Otherwise, enter text in the text pad at run-time.  [cautionend]
