Note From time to time, the SFU Retirees Association will post on its web pages announcements of events and projects undertaken by others which may be of especial interest to our members. The Pilgrimage to Canterbury is just such an event.

"This summer – August 31 through September 8 – I shall, together with Michèle Denis, be leading a walking pilgrimage from London to Canterbury. 

"These pilgrimages have been greatly enjoyed in the past (I've led the Canterbury Pilgrimage four times) and may appeal to those retirees who are still moderately active. The walking is not strenuous, and the entertainment en route is worth the odd muscle ache.
