B.C. has the resources and expertise to lead the prefab mass timber construction revolution

Our latest prefab mass timber publication provides guidance on how municipal form and character design guidelines can better accommodate 7-12 storey mass timber buildings in BC municipalities, any jurisdiction with regulatory control over planning and development including local governments, First Nations and regional districts.

In addition, considerations for up to 18 storey projects will be outlined in anticipation of upcoming Building Code changes.
