Co-op Opportunities

Students that join our team through SFU’s co-operative education program are paid, receive credit and take on significant projects. This imparts valuable work-integrated learning and facilitates community and university connections that can help these students excel in graduate programs, their careers and passion projects.

Dennis Limbo

Dennis played a huge part in building the website you are on right now! He joined us in his third year at SFU’s School of Interactive Arts & Technology and brought a passion for using technology to build more fair and inclusive spaces for communities. Rachel Dee

Rachel joined our team as a Program & Events Assistant during her fourth year at SFU in the Beedie School of Business, with a concentration in human resources and marketing. She brought a passion for student engagement and event planning, and a wide range of experience with SFU student organizations. Cassandra Graves

Cassandra Graves worked as a Design Assistant in spring 2021 and left a lasting legacy, creating a seamless drag-and-drop newsletter template and several highly engaging graphics that featured the speakers behind many major events in a busy season. Sakshi Taneja

Sakshi helped shape SFU Public Square over her three consecutive work terms with us during a pivotal time of adaptation and change. She played a big role in event coordination, classroom partnerships, social media marketing, writing, video editing and much more.

Arnav Dada

Arnav made such an impression supporting our communications and engagement efforts during his term as Work-Study program assistant that we hired him as a co-op student for two more terms, helping us transition to online engagement during the pandemic.
