  • Actually the passive does not need to be listed. The passive is 99% predictable. A post-lexical rule marks which argument will be assigned depending on the voice that is selected. We didn't have to time to get into voice properly. You can check my previous 322 notes on that.

    • Note: I wouldn't try 3 and 5 until after Friday's lecture. No marks, but you want to do your best. I assume the marker can get them back to you by the following Friday. You will on Friday know just how far you can go. Theta roles are interesting, though Warlpiri may have some surprises. I really don't know yet.
