Math Catchers visited Parkland Secondary School in Sydney, B.C. We met with two Grade 10 classes. At one point Dr. J asked the class to tell him about something math related but that was outside of their classroom experience. One of the students said, "Graham's number!" When Dr. Jay asked what was Graham's number, the student started describing it with "three, arrow, arrow,..." And the student beside him said, "The biggest number that we know." Dr. J asked how they knew all that. "The internet," they answered.
