Math Catchers visited Sxoxomic Community School in Esk'et, B.C. With the Headstart students we were looking for different shapes on the Math Catcher banner; with the Grade K/1 we discussed what mathematics was; with Grade 2/3 we were wondering how we could count things that we did not see; with Grades 4/5 we wuilt origami cubes; and with Grades 6/7 we solved difficult puzzles and did math magix!
