Dr. Laura Huey

Laura Huey is an Associate Professor of Sociology at the University of Western Ontario and the Director of the Canadian Society of Evidence Based Policing (CAN-SEBP). She is also a member of the Board of SERENE-RISC, a Senior Researcher and University Representative for the Canadian Network for Research on Terrorism, Security and Society (TSAS), the London Police Service Research Fellow and sits on the CAPG Research & Policy Committee and the Board of the Canadian Association of Police Educators. Through CAN-SEBP, her primary focus is working with others to generate quality research and education on policing and crime issues.
