OVERVIEW:Simon Fraser University now has a "one-stop-shop" for career-related learning and development through the new Work Integrated Learning (WIL) unit that provides the experiential complement to any student's academic career. SFU's WIL unit offers domestic and international co-operative education opportunities for all students; career planning and development services for all students and recent alumni; co-ordination of volunteer and internship opportunities locally and abroad; and more recently the development of service learning opportunities. PROJECT or Industry Area GOALS: To be determined, however, at first thought:
(learning towards an interactive multi-media experience that walks students through the theoretical “Three-Door-Model” of career development and exploration – to be featured online in some capacity.)
