Biography

My MA project explores Indigenous women’s contributions to the Royal Commission on Aboriginal Peoples (1991–1996).  My research interests include Canada in the 1970s-1990s; the relationship between Indigenous peoples, the Canadian government, and the rest of Canadian society; and late-twentieth century federal responses to Indigenous political activism.
