Biography
Boah Kim is a Ph.D. candidate in the Gerontology program. She obtained her master’s degree in Public Health at Seoul National University. Afterward, she worked as a scientific researcher at national research centres including National Evidence-based Healthcare Collaborating Agency and the Institute of Dementia in the National Medical Center (NMC) in South Korea. In NMC, she participated in many national research projects including the National Dementia Strategy 2021-2025 and the Global Trends in Dementia Policy Project. Her areas of research include: informal caregiving, community-based integrated care, continuity of care, older people with complex needs, and multimorbidity. She is the recipient of the Graduate Dean Entrance Scholarship (GDES).
