The interpolated lease price image using inverse distance weighting.  I used a distance weight exponent of 5 rather than 2 because I felt it represented the lease situation in Vancouver better.  Using an exponent greater than 2 made the interpolated pixel values more dependent on the values closer to them and less dependent on the values further away.  Lease costs I felt were like this, much more dependent on the other properties on the same block than the properties 2 or 3 blocks away.  The values represent $/sqfoot.
