I hope you enjoyed me presentation and learned something at the same time.

    Most of the analysis I have done in this project leads to answer the question of whether or not a new McDonald's restaurant is required in the lower mainland. Yet, as I stated in the introduction, the requirement of new McDonald's locations is completely subjective, and will require me to meet with McDonald's to compare information. At this point however, I have concluded that McDonald's has done a sufficient job in servicing the lower mainland. I have made this conclusion, taking into account population density (based on road network density) and reasonable distance required to travel to the nearest McDonald's location.

    Like I have stated before, it is unfortunate that I am not able to link the individual addresses with the data points on the web page. This would have made for an even more interesting and useful database. My next task is to approach McDonald's with my analysis, so check back in a few weeks and I will post the results of my meeting.
