Time series and data analysis of SFU engineered multi-functional devices for application in tomography and seismology.
My project aims to test new multi-functional devices designed and engineered by SFU to apply it in natural disaster prevention as well as geographical surveying for mining and tomography. This device will incorporate gravimetry and seismography among other tools to make measurements we can utilize to understand natural behaviors within a specified region anywhere in the world. By creating this device we can more effectively work to prevent natural disasters in regions of preexisting mountainous and volcanic hazards.
