Dr. Rebecca D. Cox

Associate Professor, Faculty of Education, Simon Fraser University

Dr. Rebecca D. Cox is an associate professor in the Faculty of Education at SFU, where she teaches in the Educational Leadership programs. Her research looks at issues in higher education, with an emphasis on access and engagement at the college level. Dr. Cox's scholarship also focuses on qualitative research methods and most recently, the application of such methods in practitioner research. Dr. Cox has taught at the high school, college, and university level and earned her PhD in Policy, Organization, Measurement & Evaluation at University of California, Berkeley.
