Every course will have a default section. It takes the format of

Course Subject + Number + Section + Full Course name

For organization, instructional roles such as TAs and instructors are put into this section. It is not synced with SIMs

Every course will also have a lecture section. It take the format of

Course Subject + Number + Section
BUS431 D100

Students are enrolled into this section and is synced with the roster in SIMs.

For  courses with tutorials and labs the students will also be enrolled into each tutorial/lab as well as the lecture section
