"The Dirt on Sustainable Sheep Farming"

The Faculty of Science news page has a feature story about David Hik's newest massive online open course, or MOOC.

"Sheep in the Land of Fire and Ice" is a free, non-credit course co-produced with Isabel Barrio of the Agricultural University of Iceland, that "integrates expert commentary, photographs, animations and video footage to illustrate the environmental effects and ecology of sheep grazing in Iceland."
