Manon Picard wins western regional final of the French 3MT competition!

Congratulations to Manon Picard (Côté lab) for winning the western regional final of the French 3MT competition!

Manon described her PhD thesis as a mystery. The piece involves: a victim (Alaria - a kelp species), a crime scene (in Quebec in the St. Lawrence), an alleged suspect (water turbidity) and investigations (field and laboratory experiments) to try and solve the mystery - Is it sedimentary, my dear Watson? 

Manon will move onto the next level of the competition.
