SFU International
Name, address, telephone number, age, sex, marital status, student number, social insurance number, educational history, employment history, copy of driver's license, third party opinions about the individual.
SFU International uses the information to verify student qualifications and to decide whether or not an individual is eligible for acceptance into the exchange program. Personal information is disclosed only for the purpose for which it was obtained or compiled or for a use consistent with that purpose, including the verification of an individual's qualification and eligibility for acceptance into the exchange program.
Individuals to whom personal information may be disclosed in the pursuit of the University's delivery of an international student program include departmental staff, in particular the Coodinator International Mobility - Exchanges, the Study Abroad Advisor - Exchanges and Field Schools, and Program Assistant - Exchanges.
