Personal information about academic external research grant applications, approvals and denials, including name address, and phone number.

Purpose for which personal information obtained / compiled and used / disclosed

The purpose for which the personal information is obtained, compiled, used and disclosed is to administer the External Research Grant application process.

Individuals using personal information or to whom it is disclosed

The personal information is used by the staff of Research Services and the Office of the Vice-President Research and a researcher's supervisor. The personal information is disclosed to University employees for whom it is necessary for the performance of their job duties and to external research granting agencies.

Individuals included in PIB

Faculty members who apply for and/or receive external research grants.
