The Process
All applications will follow a three-stage process:
STAGE 1: DISCOVERY
Connect with us and tell us more about your business and project goals. After an initial meeting, we will send you an Expression of Interest (EOI) to complete.
STAGE 2: SCOPING
We will work together to scope the project and identify the delivery team needed to support.
STAGE 3: EVALUATION
The proposed project is finalized and evaluated by the BCCAI review committee to ensure projects align with BCCAI’s goals.
Note: Projects with a total budget over $100,000 will be approved by BCCAI’s Steering Committee.
Once a project is approved and the contract is signed, the project team is assembled, led by a dedicated project manager. BCCAI manages and delivers the project, helping you get your product to market faster.
