Projects & Initiatives

The Major Projects team provides project management and design coordination services for new builds and major building renewals on all 3 campuses. The Project Services team provides departments with design and construction management services for departmental renovations, and space improvements such as classrooms and study spaces on Burnaby campus. Renotations at Surrey and Vancouver campuses go through their respective Facilities project teams.

For design and planning requirements, Facilities Services has published SFU Owner's Technical Requirements. These are living documents which will be updated regularly.
