Please note that a new request for proposal for the provision of contract research, by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), on the issue of immigration in Canada’s Official language minority communities (OLMCs), was posted on this website: https://buyandsell.gc.ca/procurement-data/tender-notice/PW-16-00741475
You will find a description of all seven research projects in Appendix “D”, Statement of Work (p. 26). The research projects must address one of the following seven themes:
