Please see below for details. 1) The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation aims to develop two new forms of dietary assessment technologies, based on image capture and, possibly, image recognition. The application deadline is July 22, 2016. Please click here for details. 2) Grand Challenges Canada’s Saving Brains initiative seeks to fund bold ideas for products, services and implementation models that protect and nurture early brain development in a sustainable manner. Through this Request For Proposals, Saving Brains will support applications for seed funding to develop and validate these bold ideas. The application deadline is July 29, 2016. Proposals focused on any critical issue are welcome. The deadline to register the applicant organization is September 2, 2016.
