We will be there with you every step of the way. We will do the “homework” and come up with a budget that works for you and prepare a call to action. We contact and secure the major plot points by giving you options to assemble your dream cast of vendors.

We help set the setting by advising on design from venue to flowers to the tablescape! We create a flawless day of timeline, coordinate the rehearsal with the secondary characters to make sure your wedding party is whipped into shape. Run the full setup on the day and stress about the minor details for you.

We bring the life-saving emergency kit, and be there to help you tell your best story yet.

THE NOVELLA- PARTIAL PLAN

This is the perfect package for the couple that wants to plan their day but needs some help in certain areas. You pick the areas you’re needing a little guidance with. Flowers? Catering? Tablescape? We gotcha. The Novella includes a customized step by step planning tool, 10 hours of one on one planning to help in areas such as creating and staying on a budget, venue and vendor referrals, the overall look and design (The Storyboard Package), and any other conflicts you have come up against. It is also includes:

• The Ultimate Questionnaire --which asks all the right questions so you don’t miss a beat
• The Final Meeting -- 4-6 weeks before the big day where you get to take off your planning hat and put on your party hat. We’ll take it from here.
• Communication, Confirmation, and Contact for all Vendors a week before.
• The Rehearsal – so everyone is on the same page.
• Wedding Day Setup- place cards, wedding favors, seating charts, guest book, etc.

THE NOVELETTE- MONTH OF COORDINATION
