Nate,
1) Check with your sales guy to ensure that your license is compatible. I think an updated license is required for the High Fidelity Document Preview.
2) Libre Office is needed for High Fidelity Document Preview. See the URL I provided in the earlier email.

I am curious about some of your statements.
First, license file.
I have a dev/test zimbra install, that is very similar to my
production install. I've done the 8.0.6->8.6.0 upgrade there without
a problem, and my license file worked. I renewed my license in June.
Do you think its possible that the newly renewed license is already
compatible with 8.6.0?
Second, libreoffice. I did not install this, nor have any issues with
it being required, when I did my dev upgrade. Do you have some zimlet
added or something, that requires this?
