Script recovery from Dumpster?

Usually, when someone does something like this, I awk out the message id and use zmmailbox to move it back. But they went to the trouble of purging trash.

I know they're still in Dumpster and the end-user can right-click to recover, but [how] can I do that more efficiently, for just these folders and message ids, not all the other things they deleted on purpose over the past couple weeks?
