Has anyone out there had any problems with getting a hold of somebody from Zimbra sales.
Yes! I left numerous messages over there for about 4 weeks. On separate
occasions I was given two different names for the sales rep who was supposedly
responsible for my account. I was told that there was no record of my previous
sales rep ever having worked for the company!
I finally got through to my current rep. I also received an email from the
sales manager for my region shortly thereafter requesting a conference
call to "catch up" on things.
