Shared contacts isn't used a lot here, neither is the Parent/Child mailbox.  We've experimented with it a bit, but haven't had any solid takers on it.  Now, if only I could get people to stop using Outlook....

We had been getting around some such issues by using parent/child 
accounts. But that's broken in 6.0.2, and not on the PMweb listing for
6.0.2.
