SFU Tips & Alerts Zimlet released

Hi folks,
  A number of you have asked us whether we'd release our Tips & Alerts Zimlet (adds "tip of the day" and "broadcast alert" functionality). Due to the way it had been written though, it depended on SFU infrastructure that wasn't practical to hand out.  I've now written a 'stub' server that will provide the functionality that the Zimlet needs, packaged everything up, and posted it to the Zimbra Gallery last night. Feel free to download it and play with it. 

Note that if you intend to deploy it at a large site, be prepared to do some work on the stub server that I provided. As written, it will NOT scale.
