Migrating Calendars

Hello Everyone,

Has anyone migrated a calendar from one Zimbra account to another before?  For example, if the CIO leaves the university, his/her future appointments would need to be transferred to the next CIO.

The User Migration wiki page (http://wiki.zimbra.com/index.php?title=User_Migration) suggests the following:

- export calendar as ICS
- do a global search and replace for source address to destination address
- import calendar

This works fine for meetings that do not have any attendees.  However, the transferred appointments are no longer linked to the corresponding appointments in the attendee's and/or organizer's calendars, and therefore, will not receive any updates from them (i.e. meeting modifications, responses, cancellations).

I have an RFE for a calendar migration tool (http://bugzilla.zimbra.com/show_bug.cgi?id=36703), but in the meantime, I'm wondering if anyone on this list has found a better solution than the one above?
